Free tech support is available via our support ticket system for each account holder. One ticket per issue. We do our best to respond to tickets within a few hours, but if we receive a ticket after hours or during busy times we will respond within 1 business day.
For urgent issues like your website being down or customers not being able to check out, please first email a ticket to support at Site Palette, then call us at (919) 386-0240 with your ticket number to verify we received your ticket. Urgent issues are responded to as soon as we receive notification.
